Frontpacker frame S (unsteered, for rings up to 700 mm Ø)

You have some used rings at home that you'd like to use… or you can assemble your own packer… With our individually available packer frames, you can assemble your packer according to your own needs.

We offer various models depending on ring type, ring size, working width, and whether they are steered or non-steered. Please feel free to contact us for advice before you buy.

Furnishing:

• Front packer frame, S series for ring diameters up to 600mm
• Frame made of square tube 80X80mm fine-grain steel, standard 3m working width in stock
• KAT2 mounting bracket with elongated hole on the lower link to compensate for slopes
• 4-point quality flange bearing with galvanized end cover to protect against dirt
• Elongated hole flange for retrofit elements
• Shaft and bearing diameter corresponding to the ring hub
• All standard and assembly parts including machine supports included

Variation:

• Frame color in RAL5021
• available in RAL9005 / 3000
• other colors on request
• Working widths in 0.5m increments
• Cleaning chains, front tines, warning signs/lighting and leveling bar optional

General safety instructions for the above product:
• Before each use, check the machine and tractor for roadworthiness and operational safety!
• Check fastening and bolt connections before commissioning!
• Do not stand under a raised machine!
• Staying in the work area is prohibited!
• Riding during work and transport on the machine are prohibited!
• Danger from ejected foreign objects! Remove people from the danger area!
• Never leave the driver’s cab while driving!
• Repair any damage immediately before using the machine again!
• Check screws regularly to ensure they are tight!
• Never lift the cultivator when the roller is closed! Risk of breakage!
• Operating instructions and safety stickers are included in the delivery
